Chardonnay, the “king of Burgundy” is a variety considered to produce some of the world’s finest wines. Fermentation in clay amphora for 12 month. Maturing the wine in amphora ensures slow oxygenation, which optimizes the expressiveness of its varietal character.
Swiss Classic. An excellent and powerful wine with a lovely mineral character, coming partly from old vines with small yields, tight structure, a lovely expression of fresh fruits, citrus fruits, apples and exotic fruits, matured for 12 months in a tun (foudre).
