Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour. Intense typical Sauvignon Blanc aroma of passion fruit, pink grapefruit and elderberry, fresh flavor with notes of boxwood. A lovely rendition of Sauvignon Blanc !
Gastronomy: An ideal accompaniment for a wide variety of fish dishes, and breast of chicken, especially from the grill. Also serve as aperitif or with antipasti.
