Tasting notes: Pale to medium gold with brilliant clarity. The nose is immediately inviting, opening with ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest, and a fine mineral tension reminiscent of crushed flint. With air, notes of acacia blossom, toasted hazelnut, and a subtle saline lift emerge. On the palate it is precise yet generous, combining a creamy, well‑integrated texture with vibrant acidity and a confident, linear drive. Layers of fruit, spice, and chalky minerality unfold with poise. Elegant, balanced, and long, this is a Chardonnay of depth and finesse, carrying both immediate charm and clear ageing potential.

Gastronomy: Lakefish and seafood, poultry, vegetables (asparagus, artichokes, fennel, leeks, mild cheeses, mushroom dishes.
