Tasting note: Intense garnet robe. Initial nose reveals chocolate and cocoa followed by black berries, cigar box, and tea notes. On the palate, the texture is supple, both vinous, fluid, and lingering. A lovely finish with bay leaf, tobacco, and finely woven tannins that complement without tightening.

Gastronomy: Goes well with red meat, and cheese. Good accompaniment to Asian dishes.

Serving temperature: 15°C.

Storage: 1 to 12 years.
