Director and lead oenologist of the family estates Château La Lagune in Bordeaux, Domaine Jaboulet Aîné in Rhône, and Château Corton C in
Burgundy, Caroline Frey released her first Swiss vintage Les Grains Blancs de Mon Jardin Secret in 2016.In 2015 Caroline acquired 0.12 ha of vineyards planted with Chasselas and Johannisberg located on steep alpine south-east facing slopes in Fully, Valais. The
parcels are all worked biodynamically by hand by Caroline herself. This is her smallest vineyard, but it is the one taking her most of her time.Caroline calls it her “Jardin Secret” (Secret Garden).
