Tasting note: Notes of ashes, vanilla pods, violets, garrigue, with very nice bitters and a natural sweetness, this wine with a lot of volume takes time to reveal itself completely. The touch of the tannins is magnificent, which gives it great class.

This Syrah will delight fans of this grape variety emblematic of the Rhône valley.

Gastronomy: Goes well with red meat, game, and cheese. Is also good accompaniment to Asian dishes.
