On the palate, this is a highly elegant, beautifully balanced, tensioned, fresh and structured sweet wine. This is so elegant, tight and spicy - simply gorgeous.

Gastronomy: Outstanding with desserts. Perfect with foie gras, blue cheese, spicy dishes, and exotic fruits.
