Blend Sylvaner, Marsanne, and Petite Arvine.

Tasting note: Nose of lemon zest and honeysuckle with a slightly toasted note. In the mouth, the Petite Arvine provides its freshness, the Sylvaner its fullness and the Marsanne its beautiful bitterness. A creative and harmonious blend that leaves room for imagination.

Gastronomy: Goes well with fishes, soft cheese, finger-foods, tapas, sushi, fish and Asian dishes.
