A magnificent expression of Syrah reminiscent of the best Hermitage.

Tasting note: Aromas of sour cherries, raspberries and some black cherry, accompanied by oriental spices, black olives and hints of licorice, smoked bacon and black pepper. Strikingly harmonious palate with very refined tannins and minerality. Long finish.

Gastronomy: Goes well with red meat, game, and cheese.

Serving temperature: 10°C.

Storage: 2 to 5 years.
