ECLAT 2014 - The First white wine in the Electus line, Eclat, comes from the 2014 vintage. It is made from two Valais grape varieties : Petite Arvine and a grape that carries the name of an opera, Aida! But we know it better by its many other names - Green Heida, Païen, Savagnin in the Jura, Traminer in Alsace. This dry wine is remarkable for its elegance and vivacity.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful pale colour with green highlights. Aromatic notes of lemon, grapefruit and rose, the crispness that recalls the fresh chill of the mountains.
Gastronomy: fish, seafood, sushi, and strong cheese.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C
Storage: many years
