Tasting note: Light straw. Aromas of ripe quince, dried apple and meadow herbs with a touch of honey and yellow flowers. Creamy palate with mineral notes. Very seductive.
Gastronomy: Aperitif, oysters, seafood.
Serving temperature: 8–10°C.
Storage: 3 to 5 years.
Vinification: From the best parcels of Chasselas, pressing in whole bunches, aged on lees in large cask dating from 1982.

Chasselas avec des notes de fruit blancs mûres, souligné par un trait de minéralité. Vin fin et noble. Issu des meilleures parcelles de chasselas, pressurage en grappes entières, élevé sur lie en foudre (de 1982).
