Tasting notes: Typical Viognier attack, but not overly expressive. Aromas of yellow stone fruits, light floral notes, and ripe melon, paired with lemon balm and a hint of almond. A fantastic palate, not too opulent, very harmonious and youthful. A long, delicately fruity finish, slightly salty, complex, and persistent.
Gastronomy: Fish, white meat and cheese.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C
Storage: Many years
