Biodynamic - certified Demeter
Tasting notes: Light yellow with a gentle golden hue. Restrained yet quietly complex nose, revealing layers of apple, nuts, and subtle herbal tones. On the palate it shows a soft, almost tender touch - mild, noble, and beautifully balanced - with an impressive, lingering finish. A contemplative wine for the soul, one that rewards patience and a moment of stillness.
Gastronomy: Aperitif, cheese, freshwater fish, oysters, seafood, Asian food, asparagus.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C
Storage: 2 to 5 years
Vinification: Matured in large wooden barrels and concrete eggs.
