Matured in barriques of French oak.

Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow color with pink reflections. Floral aroma and flavor with toasted notes. A round, fine and complex white.

Gastronomy: An ideal accompaniment for a wide variety of fish dishes, and breast of chicken, especially from the grill. Also serve as aperitif or with antipasti.

Serving temperature: 10–12°C

Storage: 1 to 6 years
