Biodynamic. Unfiltered.
Pinot from old vines. Concentrated, rich and pure rendition. Natural.
Tasting note: Pale ruby with a translucent core and light garnet reflections at the rim.
Elegant viscosity, consistent with a low‑intervention, delicately extracted Pinot Noir. Contemplative nose with notes of wild red berries, floral notes and a mineral signature of wet limestone. Light to medium palate with a crisp, linear acidity, red fruit purity, saline-mineral tension, with silky tannins.
Gastronomy: Duck terrine, poultry, meat, game, grilled fish, cheese, Asian food.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C.
Storage: Many years.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation, maturation in oak barrels, no additives, no sulphites, no filtration. Natural wine.
