Startling Pinot reminiscent of Chambolle-Musigny (DRC, Leroy, Dujac, etc).
Tasting notes: Dense and powerful Pinot. Expressive aromas of wild berries combined with a blueberry scent and carried by a great spicy layer. Stunning structure of exceptional quality, with silky tannins and wonderfully integrated acidity. Long finish.
Gastronomy: Duck terrine, poultry, meat, game, grilled fish, cheese.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C
