Thomas Studach's cuvées are highly sought after, with very limited production, making them rarely available on the open market.

Tasting note: Very classy nose, elegant wooden notes directing classic Pinot cherry notes toward red pepper and peony. Suave in the mouth with dense and satinated tannins. Extremely harmornious. A grand Pinot Noir.

Gastronomy: Goes well with red meat, game, and cheese. Is also good accompaniment to Asian dishes.

Serving temperature: 16°C
