Startling Bordeaux-style blend.
Tasting notes: Deep purple. Powerful with aromas of blackcurrant, citron, and musk. Smooth and harmonious palate with a chalky note revealing a beautiful balance. On the palate opens up with firm but already rich tannins revealing delicate notes of sandalwood, graphite, and cocoa beans. Young will develop a patina over time.
Gastronomy: Beef filet with morel sauce, grilled tuna steak, cheese.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C
