Tasting note: Dense Pinot red, spicy, smoky note, concentrated fruit, full, concentrated palate, noble wood note, very dense Pinot with a long-lasting finish and great aging potential.

Gastronomy: Braised or roasted meat or game, cheese, and various main courses.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C

Storage: 10 years

Vinification: Harvest from the old vineyard «Spiger». Classic maceration and ageing in new and used barrels, Premier Cru type.
