Pretty soft pink color. Bubbly freshness dominated by delicate scents of lime, moss and almond. Harmonious structure, beautiful liveliness on the palate.
Gastronomy: Aperitif, appetizers, fish, lobster, crayfish and shellfish, white or pink meats.
Grape variety: Chardonnay, Chenin, Colombard, Pinot Noir
Serving temperature: 6 – 8°C
Storage: 3 years
Vinification: Traditional method. Bottle-fermented 24 months in the cellars at Prieuré St-Pierre, a priory founded by Burgundy monks in the 6th century.
