Tasting note: Master rendition of the varietal. Lively and fruity, with a lovely persistence
that lingers on the palate and is beautifully fresh.
Gastronomy: Goes well with fishes, soft cheese, finger-foods, tapas, sushi, fish and Asian dishes.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C.
Storage: 2 to 10 years.
