Tasting notes: Intense ruby. With a little air the wine shows blackberries, plums, spices. In the palate it is slim, straight-lined, juicy, with fine fruit, structured, dense but not heavy, the tannins are already well integrated, and aromatic; a racy acidity resonates. Dark and fruity with blackcurrants, blackberries which extend pleasantly long at the finish. It is not a complex wine, but with an extraordinarily beautiful harmony, it has a lot of traction, freshness and character.

Gastronomy: Appetizers, tapas, Asian dishes, fish and young cheese.

Serving temperature: 14–16°C

Storage: 2 to 10 years

Vinification: Matured in large wooden barrel.
