Tasting note: Notes of cherry, rose, spices. Rich, powerful, and vinous palate, with a lot of fullness and roundness.
Gastronomy: Apero, chicken with morel sauce, meat in sauce, stews, pie, stuffed turkey, soft and hard cheeses.
