Subtle fragrance of apple. fine biscuit and grilled bread notes. “Melodious” in the mouth, classy and direct, elegant mousse.

Grape variety: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

Gastronomy: ideal with aperitifs, fish, chicken, seafood, sushi, cheese.

Serving temperature: ~6°C

Storage: 2 to 5 years.

Vinification: traditional method with little to no dosage to keep it fresh and digestible. Disgorged in 2021.

Beautiful Sparkling Wine

Fantastic Pet-Nat. Fresh and light with restraint but well balanced fruit. Nose with nice hints of elderberry Tastes of quince, pear and apricot are restrained but present. Fresh and elegant Sumer aperitif with a moderate alcohol volume of 10.5%
Also nice with fish, seafood and poultry.
