Tasting notes: Brilliant cherry red. Red forest berries on the nose, spicy freshness, dried herbs and notes of tobacco. Firm and delicious on the palate, crisp and driven by fully matured acidity, fine chocolate nuances carrying an extremely long finish. An epic Pinot from the Zürcher Weinland - vibrant, characterful, and deeply memorable !

Gastronomy: Red meat, game, Asian dishes and cheese.

Serving temperature: 14–16°C

Storage: 5 to 20 years

Vinification: Matured Aged 12 months in used 500L-Barriques.
