Tasting note: Vin vivant with lots of personality, an open perfume, notes of William pear with a touch of soft vanilla that contrasts with its energetic, lively, magnificent and saline palate.
Gastronomy: Goes well with fishes, soft cheese, finger-foods, tapas, sushi, fish and Asian dishes.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C.
Storage: 1 to 10 years.
