This natural sparkling wine is produced according to the ancestral method. This requires a certain know-how: the wine is bottled during fermentation, letting the yeasts continue their work without any addition.
Gastronomy: ideal with aperitifs, fish, chicken, seafood, sushi, cheese.
Serving temperature: 8–10°C.
Storage: 2 to 5 years.
Vinification: ancestral method.
