Biodynamic.
Tasting note: Fine and elegant with notes of red berries, spices and chocolate. Good length and comlexity.
Gastronomy: Aperitif, oysters, seafood.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
Storage: 5+ years.
Vinification: 20% whole bunch. Matured in oak barrels 20% new oak.
Production: 2,700 btls
Pinot noir d’arômes de fruit et baies rouges, souligné de notes d’épices et chocolat. Pinot noir en finesse. Elevé 12 mois en barriques chêne français (20% de bois neuf). Raisin issu des meilleures parcelles du domaine. Fermentation spontanée, 20% de grappes entières. Sans adjuvants, mais filtré et soufré.
