Pinot noir d’arômes de fruit et baies rouges, souligné de notes d’épices et chocolat. Pinot noir en finesse. Elevé 12 mois en barriques chêne français (20% de bois neuf). Raisin issu des meilleures parcelles du domaine. Fermentation spontanée, 20% de grappes entières. Sans adjuvants, mais filtré et soufré.
