Matured 3 month in 800 litre oak casks.
Tasting notes: A fruity Pinot Noir, mostly mash heated and fermented relatively cool, giving it strong bouquet notes of red berries and bananas.
Gastronomy: Goes well with red meat, game, and cheese. Is also good accompaniment to Asian dishes
