Tasting note: Pinot Noir in all its elegant complexity. Cassis, red wild berries, eucalyptus, thyme and cedar resin. Like every great Pinot, the Schöpfi impresses with its tension and vibration. The acidity is juicy, the tannins fine-grained and perfectly woven and the aromatic persistence is long and complex.
Gastronomy: Duck terrine, poultry, meat, game, grilled fish, cheese.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C
