Cave de la Côte - Uvavins is Vaud’s largest cooperative dating back to 1929. Today it has 400 growers who together cultivates 415 hectares of vines. Lead oenologist Roberto Banto of Chilean origins oversee 200 wines.

Since the 17th century the family de Montmollin, through various family businesses, continues the tradition of grape growing and sale of fine wines.
Domaine de Montmollin was established in 1937 in the medieval town of Auvernier, on the North bank of Lake Neuchâtel. The vineyards enjoy South-South West exposure allowing for the ideal amount of sunshine. The vines are always pruned using the Guyot method, with cultivation at mid-hight. These magnificent estates contribute significantly to the reputation of the vineyard and to Neuchâtel wines.

For more than one hundred years the Dutruy family has grown wine in the village of Founex where they established the estate of “la Treille”.
