Natural, unfiltered wine from 70 years old Chasselas vines from Domaine de Beudon.
Tasting note: Very hamonious and aromatic rendition of the Chasselas grape. Notes of citrus and white flowers. Slightly salty finish.
Gastronomy: Goes well with fresh water fish, trouts, perch filet, finger-foods, tapas, sushi, fish and Asian dishes.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
Storage: Many years.
Vinification: Natural winemaking. Direct press, alcoholic fermentation and maturation in sandstone amphoras.
