More info

« Réserve » from Jean-René Germanier is a line of modern style wines of uncommon distinctions aged in wooden barrels for 12+ month (24 month for Cayas and Champmarais).

Wines made from rare and indigenous grape varieties from the Alps (Amigne, Peite Arvine, Cornalin, Humagne Rouge), except for Cayas, a world-class Syrah that competes with the best ones from France or New World.

Tasting notes: Indigenous Valais varietal. On the nose this wine exudes characteristics of cherries laced with smoky undertones. On the palate is a bundle of spices further enhanced by an immediately elegant and racy texture.

Gastronomy: Game dishes, carpaccio of dried meats, ripened soft cheese.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C

Storage: 3 to 15 years
