Unique collection of wines from rare and indigenous grape varieties from the Alps designed as an homage to old Valais winemaking.
Collaboration between two lady friends - Swiss wine writer Chandra Kurt and Provins Valais lead oenologist Madeleine Gay, Swiss Winemaker of the Year 2013 & 2008.
Simple modern vinification with little intervention to extract the essence and subtleties of each grape variety at best.
Pleasing elegant wines pairing well with modern cuisine.
The Collection recently received a “communication design” red dot award.
Tasting Notes: Golden yellow colour with aromas of nectarine, melon and fleur de sel (sea salt). On the palate, it gives free rein to its charm and seduces with a light minerality and beautiful freshness.
Gastronomy: It can be served as an aperitif and with curry, shellfish, sushi or vegetarian dishes.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C
Storage: 5 to 7 years
